The Layout

We need to meet at least 2 months’ prior to starting your project to get to know you and understand your needs for this exciting venture. We will assist you in deciding which layout will best match your requirements and answer any questions you may have. Whether you’re looking for an adventure with no commitments, or a van to call your home - we have an option for you. We will discuss customisations possible to make your van unique including material choice, floor, tiles, interior base paint colour, stain options, bedding, and curtains. We will provide you a first estimation for the conversion. You also need to secure your slot with a £3000 deposit that will be deducted from the final price of the conversion. 

 You need to buy your van. For our basic layout Pyrenees, we work on any LWB Sprinter Mercedes or Crafter Volkswagen. (A different van and layout would have to be discussed).

 One month before we start your project, we will send you a 3D plan. This will help you view the layout and colours you have chosen match with your dream van. We also ask you to take your final decision for the choice of material used. You will have the final estimation for work of the conversion according to the extra you decided to opt for. At this time, we ask for 80% of the agreed cost. We then can start to order the material to avoid any delay in the building process.

 You drop the van to us on the pre-arranged date. We need about 16 weeks to convert it (depending on the specification). We ask for 20% 4 weeks after the conversion has started (and deduce the £3000 deposit). We will continue to update you regularly during the conversion process. During each stage of the design, you are welcome to visit us to see the progress. Another option we offer is to arrange a video call, so that you are involved in each part of the process. 

 This day is always special as we share your excitement upon seeing the finished product. On the day, we take time to explain the functional side of the conversion and provide all necessary guarantees and certificates (weight, bridge certificate, Gas Landlord's Certificate). Your van will have been tested and then you are ready to feel the joy and the freedom!
